Delivery

We aim to delivery ready made pieces within three days of purchase. Bespoke, made to order pieces are usually sent within two weeks of ordering depending on size and type.

UK & Channel Islands - £5.99, increasing with size / weight

EU - £15.00

Rest of the World - £27.00

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges which maybe incurred when shipping outside the UK.

Returns

I hope you are delighted with your bespoke Wolf & Bee item but if you do need to exchange or return an item please see the process below.

14 Days to Return

In the event of needing to make a return, this will be accepted 14 days from the day of delivery. Please email lizzyk.artist@gmail.com before returning your item quoting your order number, name, address and reason for return.

At Wolf & bee we use eco-friendly and sustainably sourced materials. With the majority coming from the UK.
